Planetrics is part of the Vivid Economics group of companies, a leading strategic consultancy and data analytics provider in the climate and sustainability market. We are specialists in the design of climate-change risk and opportunity modeling at the level of regions, sectors and assets, and in integrating this data with existing modeling and decision-making frameworks. We work with the world’s leading banks, asset managers, owners, and insurers to support portfolio management, risk management, regulatory reporting, and stress testing.
We are established leaders in financial, macro-economic, and sector-level market modeling. Our team has been developing climate risk models with leading universities and financial institutions since 2014, and has combined that knowledge and experience to build Planetrics. We help business navigate a complex policy landscape, to identify potential risks and capture strategic opportunities, leveraging our thorough understanding of different climate-change policies and climate-related technologies worldwide.
We provide clients with the intelligence they need to navigate the market and regulatory challenges associated with climate change, through a ready-to-deploy solution. Our data and analytics tools are leading-edge and continually maintained to stay ahead of the curve. They are structured to be transparent, flexible and easily integrated into clients’ existing financial models and decision-making frameworks. This gives clients the ability to own and enhance the solution in line with their needs and expertise.
Our mission is to reshape the way the financial sector understands and responds to climate risks. From transition and physical risk analysis to programming and business development, people are at the core of what we do, and we are always looking for talented and creative new colleagues who love working together to solve complex problems.
We recruit on a rolling basis for most roles, with Graduate recruitment starting in September each year.
